Google Street View, a technology featured in Google Maps and Google Earth, could provide remote connection along many streets all over the wolrd. It was first launched in 2007 for many cities in the U.S. It expanded its borders and now is available on many cities not located in the U.S
In a press conference held in Delhi, Google announced that Google Street would be reached in India again covering 10 cities and there are some plans to broaden its scope and cover up to 50 cities of India by the end of year.
Reports presented by Google revelas that more than 150000 KMs across Chennai, Delhi , Mumbai and some other cities have been covered by Google Street View.
Google claims that this API is available for local develoopers to deliver a precise mapping experience within their products.
Access to Google Street View for indian users is so easy. They just need to open Google Map and then zoom into the correspondent city. Afterthat, they just need to tap the area they want to be shown.
Google says that it would be a great oppurtunity to gain information about local cafes or restaurants.
